CORA Services' OST Program, YouthCOR, seeks creative, energetic, fun, and reliable individuals to develop and virtual learning for youth.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a college student interested in education, social work, human services or in the general child care field, as well as the seasoned professional.


Here is what a typical day will look like:

  • Assist children as they log on to digital learning, and provide support throughout the day, answering questions and ensuring that children are only accessing appropriate web content.
  • Facilitate drop off and dismissal for children as needed.
  • Organize program supplies such as pens, pencils, markers, books, and paper.
  • Ensure all children are wearing masks and keeping six feet of distance between one another.
  • Facilitate "brain breaks" inside the classroom or outdoors.
  • Assist in cleaning and disinfecting classrooms areas during the day or after program.
  • Oversee daily schedule of digital learning, breaks, and meals/snacks; which could vary depending on school bell schedules.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age
Must have completed high school or earned a GED
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
