CORA Services is a non-profit agency whose mission is to assist youth, children, and families experiencing emotional, academic, and social challenges which impede their development and productivity. CORA provides this assistance throughout the greater Philadelphia area.


CORA is currently seeking Program Manager for its IBHS program.


Working as a Program Manager with CORA, you will:

  • Provide operational oversight to the IBHS program, working with the Clinical Director to ensure that the program runs seamlessly, meeting all funding/licensing mandates and reporting requirements in accordance with the agency's mission, goals, values and philosophy.
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure that staff files are maintained according to licensing guidelines; audit files quarterly to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance as it relates to policies around client intake, case assignment, intake assessment and discharge.
  • Administer electronic health record system by monitoring compliance with documentation, assessments and other aspects of the IBHS program, addressing any compliance issues with the Clinical Director.
  • Partner with division Outcomes Analyst to administer and track client and parent satisfaction with program services.
  • Formulate, review and interpret CORA Services Policies and Procedures.
  • In coordination with the Clinical Director manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate caseload levels are maintained.
  • Supervise administrative support staff members assigned to the program.
  • Work with the Clinical Director to facilitate community outreach activities.
  • Coordinate all training requirements for the program; partnering with CORA training administrator to organize trainings and sources for training materials.
  • Manage the CORA-IBHS BHT one-month intensive training initiative.
  • Approve all training requests from IBHS staff and track training compliance in the Learning Management System. Report non-compliance to clinical supervisors.
  • In coordination with the Managing Director, monitor all fiscal activities within the program.
  • Work with other relevant agency departments to procure supplies, equipment and other materials for the program.

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field; Master's degree in a human services field a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years full-time experience in program management and administration in the human services field.
  • Strong desire to work in an administrative role in behavioral health services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other staff members, clients, community members and personnel from other agencies.
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality.
  • Ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
