CORA is currently seeking a strong, detail-orientated Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department full time.

Working as a Administrative Assistant with CORA, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with newly hired staff to gather paperwork/clearances needed to begin working at the agency.
  • Handle all filing needs of the department
  • Update HRIS system as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees who come to the Human Resources department by assessing their need and providing the appropriate information, or sending them to the appropriate member of the team.
  • Audit clearances and assist staff with renewal process
  • Assist with Human Resources-sponsored events as needed.
  • Assist in other administrative duties within the department as needed.

Human Resources Administrative Assistant Pay rate: $17.50 (rate increases based on experience)

Qualified Administrative Assistant Candidates Should Possess:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 3 years' experience working in an administrative capacity in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of HRIS systems a plus
  • Excellent organization skills and extreme attention to detail Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with staff at all levels of the agency, as well as candidates, clients, visitors, vendors and personnel from other agencies.
